I just finished the last episode of the final season of Ted Lasso. Of course I cried, and didn't want the series to end. Lasso says Goldfish are happy because they have a 10 second memory.

Do you know you have a precious little one inside? One with many faces and feelings who has been with you all your life?

My place has been messy lately. I used to judge myself for making these messes. Now I do my best to embrace and bless the mess and me.

I just returned from a 17-day vacation in Yelapa and Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. This happened New Years Day, and I can't help but think there was symbolism in it.
