About Your SOUL Shine Journey
SOUL Shine is a dynamic, experiential seven-month journey for women and men who
are ready to deepen their connection with their Soul, themselves, and the life they are
here to live. Together, we will create a consistent, supportive community where we can
explore, grow, laugh, heal, and shine.
Once a month, we will gather in person to remember who we are, explore why we are
here, and look at our lives through the curious and compassionate lens of a Spiritual
Scientist. Together, we will explore our inner world, experiment with new ways of
seeing and responding, and invite greater levity, humor, lightness, and loving into our
human experience.
Let’s face it: times are challenging for many of us. We are navigating economic and
political uncertainty, family concerns, career changes, health challenges, and an
increasingly distracting world. As Souls having a human experience, we are meant for
more than simply surviving, scrolling on our phones, and worrying about the future.
Each of us has a unique path—and our Soul is always inviting us forward. As we learn
to understand the ego, compassionately tend to our protective and survival parts, and
quiet the noise around us, we can hear our inner guidance more clearly, trust ourselves
more deeply, and experience greater joy along the way.
What’s Included in the Seven-Month Journey

One in-person gathering each month from 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. in Palm Desert

NOVEMBER 28 — IMAGINE — Discover How Your Soul Is Calling You Forward
Visionary Connection; Open to your dreams, practice deeper listening, notice
synchronicities, and explore the divine gifts seeking expression through you.
Third Eye Chakra: Intuition, imagination, inner knowing, vision, wisdom
DECEMBER 19 — GROUND — Explore the Roots of Safety, Belonging, and Thriving
Shadow/Subconscious Connection; Bring compassionate awareness to core beliefs, family
conditioning, and survival patterns that influence your relationship with money, safety and trust.
Root Chakra: Survival, safety, security, belonging, stability, support, trust
JANUARY 23 — RECLAIM — Reclaim Your Joy, Vitality, Creativity, and Flow
Inner Child Connection: Reconnect with the magical, playful, passionate, sensitive,
and creative inner child within you and recover what brings you fully alive!
Sacral Chakra: Joy, play, desire, pleasure, creativity, sensuality, sexuality
FEBRUARY 27 — EMPOWER — Develop Emotional Intelligence and Stand in Your True Power
Ego/Protective Self Connection: Develop a more conscious relationship with your emotions
and protective patterns while strengthening self-worth, boundaries and personal power
Solar Plexus Chakra: Emotional regulation, confidence, integrity, sovereignty
MARCH 27 — CONNECT — Keep Your Heart Open Without Losing Yourself
Relational Self Connection: Explore intimacy, vulnerability, compassion, forgiveness, service,
receiving, and how to remain lovingly connected to yourself while opening your heart to others.
Heart Chakra: Love, openness, relationship, connection, empathy, compassion, generosity
APRIL 24 — EXPRESS — Live and Love Your Unique Expression
Authentic Self Connection: Integrate the journey as you reclaim your truth and voice, deepen
in your spiritual maturity, live with greater presence, and offer your unique gifts to the world.
Throat Chakra: Truth, voice, authentic expression, purposeful communication, contribution

Continue the experience after each gathering with an additional hour of creativity
