Decluttering Your Body


I just finished a 21 Day Liver, Gut and Anti-inflammatory Detox.

Actually, today is day 23 and I'm sticking with it 4 more days.


No coffee, alcohol, sugar, dairy, soy, grains, processed food, red meat, beans, nightshades, and more. Basically my whole diet was eliminated, lol.


I feel fabulous!...


The food industry is poisoning us. Reading the ingredients in many foods is disturbing. I was blind to this because I thought, 'it's just a pre-packaged salad, and salads are good for me, right?'


Knowing I was not free in my habitual eating patterns really bugged me.

I was finally ready to declutter my pantry, fridge, body and unhealthy habits...
