First... I am cancer free, Yippee!!!
The biopsy of the tumor in my right ovary came back Benign. What a relief!
Thank you to all who were praying for me, thinking good thoughts, who reached out through texts, calls, emails and Facebook. The gift of loving care I experienced through this was incredible, and I am forever grateful for you!
I am thrilled to be preparing for an in person work/play shop this Saturday.
The topic is near and dear to my heart - Becoming Your Own Bestie, aka BYOB. Whenever I am getting ready to offer a workshop like this, Spirit gives me opportunities to clear and have deeper understandings related to the theme. This health scare was right on schedule with the BYOB curriculum.
I wish you could be here to come to the BYOB workshop in person.
Maybe one day I will develop a version of it online to share.
For now, speak kind words to yourself.
Be forgiving when you make mistakes.Affirm your worthiness and lovability.
Take care of your body temple.Be gentle with yourself.Be honest and open.
Stay curious.
The Cruel Knife
Once a young woman said to me,
“Hafiz, what is the sign?
of someone who knows God?”
I became very quiet,
and looked deep into her eyes,
then replied,
“My dear, they have dropped the knife.
Someone who knows God has dropped
the cruel knife
that most so often use upon their tender self
and others.”
